1. What we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, uploaded documents, document text, questions, report results, and communications with us. We may also collect basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete card number.

2. How we use it

We use information to receive and analyze documents, generate plain-English reports, deliver reports by email, provide requested human clarity reviews, process purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

3. AI-assisted processing

Uploaded documents may be processed using artificial-intelligence service providers to extract text, summarize terms, identify provisions that deserve attention, and prepare report drafts. Human clarity reviews may also use AI-assisted analysis before a person approves the final notes.

Our reports are educational information, not legal advice. Uploading a document does not create an attorney-client relationship.

4. Service providers

We share information only as reasonably necessary with vendors that help us operate the service, including secure hosting and storage providers, AI-processing providers, email-delivery providers, and Stripe for payment processing.

We do not sell uploaded contracts or personal information, and we do not use contract contents for targeted advertising.

5. Thirty-day document retention

Uploaded source documents, extracted document text, generated reports, and human-review notes are scheduled for deletion 30 days after submission. Limited security, transaction, or operational records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or maintain financial records.

You may request earlier deletion by emailing support@runthiscontract.com. We will verify the request before deleting associated materials.

6. Please redact unnecessary sensitive information

Before uploading, remove information that is not needed for the review—especially Social Security numbers, complete bank or card numbers, passwords, medical records, information about minors, and unrelated confidential material. Do not upload documents you are not authorized to share.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect submitted information, including restricted access and encrypted transmission and storage where supported. No internet service can promise absolute security.

8. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your submission by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law.

9. Children

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Do not upload a child’s personal information unless you have legal authority and it is necessary for the requested service.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows when the current version became effective. Material changes will be presented through the service when appropriate.
